THE KINIDRA PROCESS
Choose the physical product construction, tell us what your team needs and approve the final design. KINIDRA manages the project from the initial brief through production.
A CLEAR PROJECT WORKFLOW
The product pages show the physical garment or accessory construction. Your colours, graphics, logos, sponsor elements and production artwork are developed separately around your organisation.
You do not need to prepare the complete player list before requesting a quotation. Sizes, names and numbers are collected after the commercial and graphic proposal has been approved.
PRODUCT SELECTION
Browse the KINIDRA collections and select the jersey, shorts, training garment, outerwear product or accessory that best matches the intended use.
PROJECT BRIEF
Submit the quotation form with the estimated quantity, preferred colours, sport, organisation type, required products and desired delivery date.
PROJECT REVIEW
KINIDRA evaluates the selected construction, quantity, branding requirements and production conditions before confirming the commercial proposal and next steps.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The design is developed around your colours, logo, sponsors and preferred graphic direction. You may start from an existing visual direction or request an original design.
FINAL APPROVAL
Production starts only after the final artwork, product details, quantities and commercial conditions have been confirmed and the required payment has been received.
PRODUCTION
The approved products are produced from scratch according to the confirmed specifications, checked and prepared for dispatch.
WORKING DAYS
Production is typically completed within 2–4 working days after the final design, order details and payment have been confirmed. Timing may depend on order volume and project specifications.
BEFORE REQUESTING A QUOTE
You do not need a finished technical brief. These basic details are enough for us to understand the project and start the discussion.
