Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, for new custom orders, our minimum is 5 items per design. For repeat orders (reorders for new players), there is no minimum—we can produce even a single jersey.
Do I have to pay Customs Duties?
EU Customers (Germany, France, Austria, etc.): NO. We manufacture and ship from Romania (European Union). There are zero customs duties or import taxes.
UK & Non-EU: We handle the necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth delivery, but local VAT rules may apply depending on your country.
How long does delivery take?
Production time is typically 5-15 working days after you approve the design. Shipping via DPD/DHL takes an additional 3-5 days within Europe.
How much does the design cost?

Can I add individual names and numbers?
Absolutely. You can personalize every single jersey with unique Names, Numbers, and Sizes at no extra cost. This is the beauty of sublimation.
What format do you need for my logo?
For the best print quality, we need vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG). If you only have a PNG/JPG, our designers can vectorize it for you (may incur a small fee for very complex logos).
